Good job at keeping it honest! Now go the extra mile and update your posted food plans to reflect the cheating. You’ll thank yourself for it later. :) I eat when I’m bored, and when I’m procrastinating. I’m procrastinating now and am trying really hard not to go get a snack because I’m truly NOT hungry.
